This workshop addresses the key elements of projecting a professional image, confidence, and authority, including the impact of first impressions, messages of clothing, and the common things that sabotage a professional image, such as body language and other nonverbal communications. Knowing how to carry on a polite conversation, being able to introduce people properly, and being aware of the simple rules of courtesy are prerequisites to succeeding in business.
