Personal Leadership Coaching

Just as a corporation invests in coaching for its most talented executives, the Terry MBA Program invests in its students. Our mission is to develop a new generation of leaders equipped for success in today’s business place.

Terry MBA leadership coaches are not faculty members, second year students, or MBA alumni. They are professionals, seasoned experts who make their living in Atlanta coaching managers and C-level executives.

During your time at Terry, you will work with your own personal leadership coach. You will use your Professional Leadership Development Plan (PLDP) and assessment results as the foundation for the coaching relationship. Your coach will work with you one-on-one, to focus on you and your desired learning objectives.

The goal of coaching is to leverage your strengths and expanding self-awareness to increase your effectiveness as a leader. Although your coach will not provide you with "the answers," he will challenge you to look at yourself with a new perspective to help you grow as an individual.

  • Ask questions
  • Provide feedback and another perspective
  • Suggest tools and resources
  • Assign action learning
  • Provide accountability and support
