Leadership at Terry

In a dynamic, ever-changing environment, business leaders must be equipped with flexibility and adaptability—there are many ways to accomplish a task; the challenge is to pick the one best for the people, organization, and situation. Knowledge of functional business concepts is no longer enough to succeed in today’s market; a combination of well-honed leadership and practical business skills is vital.

Exceptional leadership creates exceptional business.

The development of leadership abilities starts with self-awareness: knowledge of one’s strengths and weaknesses. Terry’s MBA program provides several tools for assessment and development, including leadership coaches, individual career coaches, and online personal assessments.

The Terry MBA program offers students the ability to work on effective communication strategies in and outside the classroom through team-assigned projects, a capstone business simulation, business club involvement, and community service activities.
