The University of Georgia has been in the business of business education for more than 90 years, initially as the School of Commerce and now as the Terry College of Business. We have earned a reputation as one of the premier research based universities in the world and one of the top business schools in the nation. The Terry College addresses the needs of students and the business community through innovative programming and service. We have launched two new MBA programs targeted exclusively for working professionals since 2001. We opened the Terry Executive Education Center in Buckhead in 2005 to provide state-of-the-art classrooms, student breakout rooms, and conference meeting space for executive education. We are excited to announce our latest innovation at the Terry College, the Fast Track Professional MBA.

The Fast Track Professional MBA is a part-time program for working professionals in metropolitan Atlanta. The program is available at two convenient locations: the Terry Executive Education Center in Buckhead and the University of Georgia's Gwinnett campus in Lawrenceville. The Fast Track Professional MBA offers several advantages over traditional part-time MBA programs, including a cohort structure that supports the development of professional and personal relationships among participants, an overall program theme of personal leadership development, a delivery model that combines face-to-face classroom interaction with structured distance learning, and an accelerated schedule that allows students to complete the program in less than two years. The curriculum allows students to understand the functional foundation of the business enterprise, and to appreciate the impact of the social, economic, cultural, and regulatory forces on the strategic positioning of the firm.
