The Terry College of Business is a recognized leader in leadership education. Our programs provide developmental opportunities for working professionals at all levels of the organization. Nowhere is this focus on leadership more pronounced than in the Terry Executive MBA program. Our EMBA develops and refines the skills and behaviors that characterize effective leaders, including visionary thinking, the translation of strategy into action, and an emphasis on measurement and results. The Terry Executive MBA is unique in its focus and format. We commit significant resources to the development of your individual leadership skills through assessments, classroom instruction, and one-on-one coaching sessions. We've also designed the program to appeal to the busy executive lifestyle. Approximately 50 percent of the program is structured around the traditional classroom setting, where you will learn about the functional foundation of the business enterprise and how fundamental business processes must be managed to create and sustain competitive advantage. The remainder of the content is delivered using distance learning technologies, through which you will interact electronically with instructors and classmates, allowing you to schedule your commitment to learning at times and places that are right for you. The added flexibility and convenience of this approach makes it easier for you to strike a balance among your personal, professional, and educational responsibilities.

The Terry College's commitment to executive education is reflected in our Atlanta Executive Education Center in the heart of Buckhead. This 27,000 square foot facility includes state-of-the-art classrooms that host both the Terry Executive MBA program and a variety of other events both large and small. This facility has allowed the Terry College to strengthen its ties with the business community while providing lifelong learning opportunities for metropolitan Atlanta and the state of Georgia.
